About ME
Female Carnivore Diet Blogger
I’m A, an Asian Australian woman in my late 30s with a background of Chinese Indonesian heritage. My journey is all about healing with every bite by embracing nature’s best source of protein.
My Journey
I discovered the carnivore diet during a particularly challenging period in my life. I was almost at the end of my life journey, feeling like nothing was working. I had no energy, and my brain fog was so severe that I feared I was experiencing early signs of dementia or Alzheimer’s. Diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease as a teenager, I faced numerous health challenges.
I have also struggled with neurological issues since childhood. In my mid-thirties, I finally found answers and was clinically diagnosed with ADHD. Two years later, I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder level 1.
My family history is fraught with serious health issues. Most of my relatives succumbed to cancer or heart disease, yet none were extremely obese; they all appeared to be average in terms of weight. This made my own health struggles even more perplexing and frustrating.
I decided to document my journey of healing with the carnivore diet, especially as a female of Asian heritage who follows this unique dietary path.
Hopefully my blog can help you
